It is Time to Autocross!!

This year the Super Chevy Show will be having their 30th Anniversary at the Firebird International Raceway. The Super Chevy Show has included an autocross track to the show event schedule this year. Chevy Enthusiasts do not miss out, to autocross your Chevy, Enter Now. Total Cost Involved Engineering, Wilwood Engineering and Currie Enterprises will be sponsoring the 2010 Super Chevy Show Autocross event at the Phoenix Firebird International Raceway October 22nd - 24th. All three companies are very excited to be a part of the 30th Anniversary and the second ever Super Chevy Show Autocross event. Just to add more excitement to the whole thing, Super Chevy Magazine, Camaro Performers Magazine and more will be at the show covering the autocross and the events at the Super Chevy Show.

 

Total Cost Involved Engineering has been manufacturing American made chassis’s and suspension products for 36 years. The last five years TCI has been heavily influenced by the pro-touring and autocross community demanding high performance products. The TCI Engineering Autocross team has done very well with their in-house engineered 1968 TCI Camaro that will be competing in the autocross driven by Mary Pozzi.

 

For example, the TCI Engineering 1968 Camaro was invited to The 2009 Super Chevy Magazine Suspension and Handling Challenge at El Toro Marine Base in Southern California (Article, Results & Videos of Challenge) (Click Here To View). TCI Engineering impressed competitors and enthusiasts alike with the top level performance of their 1968 Camaro within the Skid Pad, Slalom and Autocross.

 

Some of the contributing factors to the success of the TCI Camaro were due to Wilwood Engineering’s braking system and the Currie Enterprises rear end package.
